Sharing some of my favorite healthy snacks that will have you feeling full and are easy to travel with! Usually around 3 PM, I’m wanting a quick bite or something to snack on, especially if I’m working at the office or running around with the kids. I always try to avoid anything with sodium + sugar. It’s important to always opt for nutrient dense and protein filled snacks!
