3 Delicious Breakfast Smoothies

I honestly can’t get enough of breakfast smoothies after a workout! They have and always will be my go-to...so easy to make and delicious. It’s such a great way to get your protein, fruits/ veggies in and it always helps to jumpstart my morning, especially if I’m on the go. My kids love them too and it is a great after school snack for them. 

Wanted to share some of my current favorite recipes:

 

Green smoothie:

- 1/2 small to medium avocado, peeled

- 1 cup fresh spinach

- 1 fresh or frozen banana

- 1/4 cup of frozen mango or pineapple

- 1 tbsp raw hemp seeds

- 1 tsp maca powder

- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

- 1 cup almond milk

- Fresh berries and granola for serving

 

Berry smoothie:

-Handful of strawberries

-Handful of blueberries

-Handful of blackberries

-Handful of raspberries

-1 cup vanilla almond milk

-1 scoop garden of life raw organic protein (vanilla) 

-Ice

 

PB protein smoothie:

-1-2 Bananas

-1 Tbsp Healthy Butter PB

-1 Teaspoon Cocoa Powder

-1 scoop garden of life raw organic protein (chocolate)

-1 cup chocolate almond milk

-Ice
