How to Make Your Own Green Juice

Green juice is one of my favorite things to have in the AM before my workout. I loveee pre making my own and having them ready in the fridge. Not sure what veggies to use? See below for my go-to guide. Pick and choose what you want to add to your juice. It doesn’t have to consist of every item listed. No juicer? Add ½ cup of water to your blender!


Base veggies:
