I’ve been off my coffee kick and lately have been into matcha. It gives me energy in the AM without the caffeine headache and crash coffee tends to give me. It actually can contain more caffeine than coffee! It’s rich in antioxidants, chlorophyll, and other amino acids. You all know I love my chlorophyll…. :)
Yes…sleep haha I’ve been really prioritizing getting to sleep early and doing my nightly routine to wind down. There’s nothing better than getting consistent rest. I feel such a difference when I prioritize going to sleep at a decent time. My morning workouts and overall energy throughout the day are top tier!
We all know about collagen protein powder…but lately I’ve been into liquid collagen. Drinking collagen helps to support your body's natural production of the protein and helps the body absorb collagen. I feel like the collagen is more absorbed and usable by the body in the liquid form vs the powder. I take 1-2 tablespoons in the morning and will mix with water.
