Overnight oats have always been a favorite of mine! I love how easy they are to prepare the night before or even meal prep for the week. I love eating them for breakfast or even for dessert, if I’m craving something sweet. My kids also love them in the mornings before/on the way to school! They are so simple to make yet so tasty! See below for 3 recipes I’ve been making on repeat :)
Apple pie:
-½ cup oats
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-½ teaspoon maple syrup or honey, plus more for serving
-Pinch of sea salt
-¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt, optional
-½ cup almond milk or milk of choice
-2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
-¼ teaspoon cinnamon or apple pie spice
-Diced apple for topping
-Chopped pecans for topping
Chocolate banana:
-½ cup oats
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-½ teaspoon maple syrup or honey, plus more for serving
-Pinch of sea salt
-¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt, optional
-½ cup almond milk or milk of choice
-½ banana, mashed
-1 teaspoon cocoa powder
-¼ teaspoon cinnamon
-Pinch nutmeg
-Banana slices for topping
-Chopped walnuts for topping
-Chocolate chips for topping
Carrot cake:
-½ cup oats
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-½ teaspoon maple syrup or honey, plus more for serving
-Pinch of sea salt
-¼ cup whole milk Greek yogurt, optional
-½ cup almond milk or milk of choice
-¼ cup shredded carrot
-1 tablespoon shredded coconut
-1 tablespoon raisins
-½ teaspoon vanilla extract
-½ teaspoon cinnamon
